Completely mismanaged. The worst communication imaginable. Talk to any of the current residents living at any of the locations below and they will tell you the same.

"Currently in the middle of a BBB dispute and filed a city code complain against these people. They refuse to fix our A/C unit and we are in the span of multiple 100+ temperature days here in Dallas. They are crooks and need to be exposed."

"Do not work with them. Please read the bad reviews. The good reviews are fake. They have not been helpful with fixing my AC. I've been asking them for over a month and now have to take things into my own hands. They will block your number and not respond and send fake emails to justify their actions. They do not have integrity and believe people are beneath them. I guess it's time to prove them wrong. You're not above anyone. My home is not getting cool. It's been 85+ degrees in here and I've told them about  family visiting here with new born babies  and they do not seem to care. I've kept track of everything and will not stop until justice is made. I've called the company they supposedly used and not only did they say they haven't received a request to fix my AC. The company blocked me."
